“Improved Fenton” Deep Treatment Technology
  • This technology complements the biochemical treatment of wastewater, has a wide range of applications, low treatment cost and good treatment effect.
  • Through precise control of reaction conditions (reaction pH, ORP, time, dosing type, dosing amount, dosing sequence, etc.), it realizes “molecular carboxylation” of organic pollutants in wastewater, and the pollutant molecules of the carboxylated molecules are combined with the organic pollutants of the wastewater in the mild reaction conditions and the catalytic reaction and the added dosing. The “carboxylated” pollutant molecules, under mild reaction conditions, then complex with the metal salt ions (Fe³⁺, Al³⁺, etc.) generated by the catalytic reaction and the addition of metal salts to generate metal salt complexes of carboxylic acid of larger molecular weight, whose water solubility is greatly reduced. The solid-liquid separation facility then realizes the conversion and separation of dissolved organic pollutants to insoluble substances in the wastewater, thus realizing the purpose of wastewater purification.
  • The essence of this technology to remove pollutants in wastewater is the dissolved organic pollutants into insoluble substances (sludge), is the transfer of pollutants from the liquid phase to the solid phase of the process; conventional Fenton oxidation technology to remove pollutants in wastewater is the essence of dissolved organic pollutants in the C-C bond interruption, will be converted to CO₂, a pollutant from the liquid phase to the gas-phase transfer process. Two different pollutant transformation pathway, so that the reaction process consumption of hydrogen peroxide has a big difference, the depth of the technology treatment technology in the consumption of hydrogen peroxide is only 10-20% of the conventional Fenton oxidation depth of treatment technology.
