The company is a new material company combining glass fiber and its products with precious metal processing. With the goal of improving the company’s environmental management and pollution control facility capabilities, the company commissioned REC to carry out the Environmental Checkup.
Service Content
- REC team carries out the environmental protection investigation of the factory, including: the production process of the enterprise; wastewater, waste gas pollution prevention and control facilities and operation; the operation of testing facilities and other aspects.
- On-site Survey: the production workshop carried out on-site survey; research environmental protection facilities process flow, parameters, equipment operation, etc., to check the configuration of the hazardous waste storage room and the operation of the facilities. Investigation in the pollutant generation, collection and governance problems.
- On-site Monitoring and Diagnosis: check the exhaust gas pollutant emission monitoring system, whether the sampling probe, pipeline and analyzing instrument and equipment settings meet the technical requirements.
- Data Collection: including EIA and acceptance report, emission license, monitoring report and monitoring data.
Service Achievements
- The company was found to have non-compliance with the baseline exhaust volume for the calculation of pollutant emissions. Some of the atmospheric online equipment settings and other non-compliance with the regulations, the measurement results of errors.
- The REC team provided the Environmental Checkup research report, which explained the problems of environmental protection facilities as well as the corrective suggestions to improve the environmental management level of the company and eliminate potential environmental risks.
